She holds a group fitness instructor certification through ACE, and is working toward obtaining her personal training certification as well. Motivating clients to break through barriers and give it their all each and every workout is her absolute joy!

Now it’s time to see their finished work on the big screen. Expect big laughs, wild twists, and plenty of Key West flair as we celebrate local talent and storytelling at its most daring.

In this hands-on, 4-week sewing workshop, you'll gain confidence and pride in your abilities, guided every step of the way by designer and sewing instructor, Suely Moura.

She didn’t discover a passion for fitness until after her second child was born in 2017, when she started attending a mommy and me workout group. She quickly fell in love with the social element of exercising, and decided to pursue leading group fitness classes professionally. She holds a group fitness instructor certification through ACE, and is working toward obtaining her personal training certification as well. Motivating clients to break through barriers and give it their all each and every workout is her absolute joy!
